If you are looking for an holiday flat in Castelnuovo del Garda, the Residenza Eden is for you, thanks to the various accommodation offered:

One-room apartments (studio) A2 are approx. 28-29 sq.mts. and have one living room with corner kitchen, they can accommodate 2 people in a double sofa bed
Two-room apartments A4 are approx. 39-40 sq.mts. and are the same as studios, plus 1 double bedroom - can accommodate 4 guests
Three-room apartmetns A6 are approx. 49-53 sq.mts. and are the same as studios, plus 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom for 6 pax

Water, electricity, heating or air conditioning are included in the accommodation rate; we will ask for a deposit of 100 Euro cash at your arrival, and suggest you to bring your own kitchen linen.

The arrangement "self-catering" do not include any cleaning nor linen; we kindly ask our guests to clean the apartment before their check out - optionally Euro 70 will be deducted from the deposit for the final cleaning (in any case the corner kitchen must be cleaned).

Towels and bed sheets are available on resort to be bought to Euro 20 per person - or you can bring your own.
